01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and DMFLO LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a One Person Company incorporated in India and the operator of DMflo (“DMflo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, installing the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DMflo.

02Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must own, or be authorised to manage, the Instagram account you connect.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

03License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, DMflo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use.

If you download DMflo from the Apple App Store, this license is further subject to Apple’s usage rules, and you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and DMflo only — not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You will comply with applicable third-party terms (including the App Store Terms of Service) when using the app.

04The Service

DMflo automates Instagram comments, story replies, and direct messages based on rules you configure. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the Service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

05Instagram & Meta compliance

DMflo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. “Instagram” and “Meta” are trademarks of their respective owners.

• Your use of Instagram through DMflo must comply with Meta’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Platform Policies.
• You must not use DMflo to spam, mass-message without consent, or otherwise violate Meta’s rules.
• Meta may change its APIs or policies at any time, which could affect DMflo’s features. We are not liable for changes Meta makes.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone to:

• Use DMflo for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purposes.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates others’ rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
• Interfere with the Service’s security or integrity, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

07Plans & billing

DMflo offers a free plan and paid Pro and Agentic plans, billed monthly or yearly at flat rates. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of agent runs (one agent run is a single action taken by an agent, such as replying to a comment or DM, or hiding spam), alongside automation features that are not metered. Current prices, run allowances and specific limits are described on our Pricing page and may change as the Service develops.

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• If you purchase through the Apple App Store, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple ID, subject to Apple’s terms. Manage or cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change with prior notice.

08Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you move to the free plan. For App Store purchases, refunds are governed by Apple’s refund policy. For purchases made directly with us, contact support@trydmflo.com — we handle refund requests fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.

09Intellectual property

DMflo, its logo, software, and content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you no rights except the limited license above. You retain ownership of content you create and the data on your connected account. See our Copyright Policy for IP and takedown details.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular results from using DMflo (for example, lead volume or response rates).

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMFLO LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or ₹5,000.

12Termination

You may stop using DMflo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if Meta withdraws the access DMflo relies on. On termination, your license ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, courts of competent jurisdiction in India will govern any disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
