01Ownership of DMflo

All content, software, design, text, graphics, the DMflo name and logo, and the look and feel of the DMflo app and website are © 2026 DMFLO LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted in our Terms & Conditions.

02Your content stays yours

You retain all ownership of the content you create with DMflo and the data on your connected Instagram account — your messages, automation copy, media, and leads. By using the Service, you grant us only the limited license needed to operate the features you enable (for example, to process and deliver the automated replies you set up).

03Use of the DMflo brand

You may not use the DMflo name, logo, or branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our written permission. You may refer to DMflo factually (e.g. “built with DMflo”) provided you don’t alter our marks or use them misleadingly.

04Third-party trademarks

“Instagram”, “Meta”, “Apple”, “App Store”, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. DMflo is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or Apple. References to these names are for identification and compatibility only.

05Reporting copyright infringement

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content available through DMflo infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@trydmflo.com including:

1. Your contact details (name, address, email).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material, and terminate repeat infringers’ accounts.

06Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to support@trydmflo.com with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a good-faith statement explaining the mistake. We will review and respond appropriately.
