What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you the core automation toolkit — up to 1,000 DMs a month, Hinglish detection, comment-to-DM, story flows, a basic chatbot, lead capture and basic analytics. Pro unlocks everything with no caps: unlimited DMs, unlimited automations, follow-gating, advanced chatbots, broadcasts, full analytics, CSV exports and priority support. One flat price, no surprises.
Is there really no per-message charge?
Correct. Send 100 DMs or 100,000, your monthly price doesn't move. That's the whole point. You pay a flat ₹499 on Pro and that's it — no per-contact, no per-message billing.
What happens when I hit 1,000 DMs on Free?
Your automations pause for the rest of that calendar month. Your data and flows stay intact. Upgrade to Pro anytime and they'll resume immediately with no cap in sight.
