Never. You connect through Meta’s official, secure login. We receive only the permission-scoped access you approve, and you can revoke it anytime from your Instagram settings.

We collect your name, email, the Instagram data needed to run automations, the messages we process to reply, and basic usage analytics. You can delete all of it anytime: see our Privacy Policy or email support@trydmflo.com with “Delete my data”.

No. DMflo is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. We use Meta’s official APIs and follow their Platform Policies.

Three flat plans: Free to start with 50 agent runs a month, Pro at ₹599/month ($15 in US & Canada) with unlimited keyword automation and 500 agent runs, and Agentic at ₹1,999/month ($35) with 2,000 agent runs, email + SMS lead capture and CRM integrations. An agent run is one action by an agent: a reply to a comment or DM, or a spam comment hidden. Pay yearly and save 20% (₹499 and ₹1,499/month). No per-contact or per-message charges, ever. Cancel anytime. If you subscribed through the App Store, manage it in your Apple ID subscription settings; your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period, then you move to the free plan.
